Seal Coating

Serving All of New Jersey

Sealcoating, or pavement sealing, is the process of applying a protective coating to asphalt-based pavements to provide a layer of protection from the elements such as water, oils, and U.V. damage.  Using sealcoating can help to extend the life of asphalt pavements and is a great way to protect your investment whether you’re a business or a homeowner.  Seal coating is the perfect, protective solution whether it’s for a driveway or parking lot.

Sealcoating Application Process

Prior to application the surface must be completely cleaned and dried using sweeping methods and/or blowers. If the surface is not clean and dry, then poor adhesion will result. Our process is typically a two-coat application which requires 24 to 48 hours of curing before vehicles can be allowed back on to the surface. Once the surface is properly prepared, then properly mixed sealer will be applied at about 60 square feet per gallon per coat.
